Cancellation, Refund & Chargeback Policy

By accessing and using Nexdha AI Fintech Private Limited (“Nexdha”) and its services (including via web or mobile application), you agree to comply with the terms and policies set forth herein, including any future amendments.
 

1. General Terms

Nexdha AI Fintech Private Limited acts solely as a technology facilitator for digital payments and related services.

Nexdha does not control, own, or guarantee any products or services offered by third-party vendors, merchants, or s using our platform, including via integrations like .

These terms apply to all users, merchants, sub-merchants, and service s transacting through Nexdha or its platforms.
 

2. Refund and Cancellation Terms

Nexdha is not liable for any incorrect payments, including:

  • Sending payments to the wrong recipient

  • Entering incorrect transaction details or amounts

Refunds for such cases must be directly pursued with the recipient.

Nexdha will not reverse or reprocess transactions made in error by the user.

Automatic Refunds (System Failures)

In case of system failure or technical issues resulting in unsuccessful transactions:

  • An automated refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be credited within 3 working days, subject to the banking system’s timelines.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested.
     

3. Prepaid Recharge and Bill Payment Policy

All prepaid recharge and utility bill payments (electricity, gas, water, etc.) made via Nexdha or its integrations are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.

The user is fully responsible for verifying:

  • Mobile, DTH, or data card numbers

  • Utility consumer numbers

  • Amounts and service provider details

Nexdha holds no responsibility for transactions executed with incorrect input data.
 

4. Refund Requests and TAT

All refund requests must be submitted via:

Refund Turnaround Time (TAT): 10 working days

Requests older than 10 working days from the transaction date may not be eligible for processing.
 

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Management

  • In cases where a user initiates a chargeback after receiving the intended service, Nexdha will dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence.

  • False claims or misuse of chargebacks are treated as a breach of our User Agreement.

  • Nexdha may blacklist the user or report fraud to relevant authorities.
     

 Improper Use of Chargebacks:

  • If a user raises a chargeback for personal disputes unrelated to the transaction (e.g., lending money to friends), Nexdha will deny the refund.

  • Nexdha will provide proof of service and reject the claim if the service was properly fulfilled.
     

6. User Agreement and Accountability

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct payment inputs and recipient data

  • Any disputes resulting from shared use of payment credentials

  • Accuracy of bank/card details provided for transactions or refunds

Nexdha cannot be held liable for:

  • Errors caused by user negligence

  • Losses due to unauthorized or misused accounts
     

7. Company Rights and Limitations

Nexdha reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent refund requests

  • Repeated disputes without merit

  • Incomplete or unverifiable claims

Nexdha may also seek legal recourse or restrict services for abuse of the refund or chargeback systems.

9. Customer Grievance Redressal

Customers can raise any refund, cancellation, or service-related issues by writing to our support team at support@nexdha.com or calling +91 86674 51930. All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7–10 working days.
 

10. Return Policy

Nexdha AI Fintech Private Limited does not deal in physical goods. Therefore, no return policy is applicable. All transactions processed on our platform are for digital services or payments only.
